Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Vladimir Pascalutsa is a tenured scientist at the Institute for Nuclear Physics of the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany. Prior to this, he studied and researched at the Kiev State University and Kernfysisch Versneller Instituut (KVI), before obtaining his PHD at the Institute for Theoretical Physics in Utrecht. He also held postdoctoral positions at NIKHEF (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), Flinders University (Adelaide, Australia), Ohio University (Athens OH, USA), College of William and Mary (Williamsburg VA, USA), and the ECT* (Trento, Italy).
