Attractive (undated but 1921) hardcover with red cloth spine tape over backstrip that matches the red title. Tips bumped and rubbed showing color loss, no names or tears inside the 40pp text but some pages do have some noticeable foxing. Tabitha the tabby cat throws a birthday tea party for her animal friends, Peter the pig and Humpty and Dumpty the rabbits. Unfortunately, two passers-by, Forager the hound and Rags the little white terrier weren't invited to the event and they watched and drooled at the window because Forager allowed Rags to stand on his back to peer in. After a few minutes, Rags weight became too much for Forager and he sat down and rags rolled off his back and started a barking fest outside.
