"Chakra Crystals" is a book about healing with crystals on a very personal level. Its aim is to empower you so that you can consistently and gradually change your life with the help of crystal resonance. Kate Tomas presents highly developed spiritual practices in an easy, accessible and practical manner, and shows you how to ground this spiritual understanding in your everyday life. You need little or no experience of meditation or work with crystals, and you will soon feel confident following Kate's visualization and manifestation techniques. Each of the crystals provided with "Chakra Crystals" is associated with one of the chakras - energy centres - in your body. In the core section of the book, Kate Tomas presents a powerful guided meditation for each chakra and its crystal, for you to follow. The healing properties of the crystal are discussed in relation to physical, emotional and spiritual development, plus information on three other crystals related to that chakra to enable follow up work. Kate shows you how to choose and care for your crystals, and how best to meditate with the stones for the most effective results. There is also a section on taking your crystal-healing work further to include a complete chakra-balancing healing exercise, making and using crystal elixirs, and using crystals in the home.
