Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: S.Anitha Devi is Associate Professor at the Department of Management Studies , T.J.P.S. College, Guntur. She has 16 years of teaching experience at the Post Graduate level. She holds an M.B.A degree and Ph.D, both from Osmania University. Her areas of specialization are Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. Her research interests include Stress management, Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction. Dr.Anitha has done a Minor Research project on "Emotional Intelligence" awarded by U.G.C in 2008-2009. She is an Academic Counsellor for M.B.A of IGNOU Programme. She is a Research Supervisor at Acharya Nagarjuna University and is presently guiding 8 M.Phil and 5 Ph.D, Scholars. She has 17 publications in National and International Journals. She has attended 48 Seminars at the National level and 6 Seminars at the International level. She has organized several academic programmes and delivered guest lectures at various colleges for M.B.A students.
