Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Cathy is a Registered Nurse with licnesure in the state of Ohio. She holds a BA in Psychology, an MS in Nursing Administration and a Nursing Diploma. She has extensive experience in the acute care settling as a bedside nurse, a nurse administrator and a hospital executive. She has worked across the country as a healthcare consultant. Cathy is trained as a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner. Experience has taught her that charge nurses and other nurse leaders are the key to high quality healthcare.
