A souvenir from the Chateau de Montaigne, a castle mansion originating from the fourteenth century and known as the family residence of the Renaissance philosopher Michel de Montaigne. Includes an additional postcard, sent from France to England and dated 21st December 1949. In the original paper wraps. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and the odd mark to the board.
