A fearsome junkyard dog and a kind-hearted young girl. The story of what happens when the worlds of Chopper and Julia collide.

Chopper is a junkyard dog and that's just how he behaves. If you come close, he'll snarl at you. Come even closer and he'll lunge forward until his chain snaps tight, his sharp teeth chomping at the air. The kids in town love daring each other to see how close they can get to his junkdom, before they go howling away in fear. But that all changes one day when a girl named Julia Jenkins appears...
