Le Chronologiste Manuel - The Manual Chronologist. Printed in Paris C. 1774. 456 pp, 5.25 x 3.5 , 32mo, full leather. In fair condition, with both boards attached. Wear to edges of boards, primarily on the front. Hinges worn, primarily towards the front and the back. Text block is intact with some hinge wear around p. 312. Some wear to head and tail of outer spine, with part of title label missing. Contains 5 maps, and may have included others (please reference 9th photograph): Europe, Africa, France, Asia, and North and South America, the latter of which is detached but included. Slight age-related toning to pages. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A rare and unique geography book, especially for its maps, especially the one of the Americas, which was created shortly before the American Revolution and has French Louisiana noted.
