Swedish nobel laureate Harry Martinson introduced the first of the Aniara songs in this collection of poems, Cikada, published in 1953. Illustrated flower and inscription on first page to Swedish children's book author, Rolf Lengstrand. Good condiition, spine creased and lightly soiled, spine ends lightly worn with short closed tears, joints rubbed, upper cover 1/2" closed tear from middle fore edge to lateral 2" crease, two 1/8" open tears to upper cover bottom corner, lower cover edges lightly creased with short closed tears, 1/8" section rubbed through, wraps mildly sun-toned Signature-bound, large octavo, pictorial wraps, 153 pp. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 2247
