Beschreibung:
Issued as part of "The Royal Library Historical Series". 317 pages with extensive index at pages 319-349. Attractive contemporary binding in three-quarter brown leather over green cloth boards with raised spine bands and gilt rule compartments and double gilt rules at transitions, top edge gilt, and patterned gray endpapers. Graded as good condition only, owing to a detached front cover, to which the first two blank endpapers are attached. The binding is otherwise quite presentable, with wear confined to hinges and extremities. The contents are both lovely and immaculate - bright and clean with no previous ownership marks or spotting.
