Dr. Butcher is currently the Editor of Psychological Assessment and serves as a consulting editor for numerous other journals in psychology and psychiatry. Personality assessment, abnormal psychology, cross-cultural personality factors, and computer-based personality assessment are the areas in which Dr. Butcher has maintained active research programs. He is the author of The MMPI-2 in Psychological Treatment (Oxford University Press) as well as many other books.
