Ms. Gleason brings stories from many diverse industries including publishing, finance services, broadband and software technology, large call centers, and frozen food manufacturing. Her specialty areas are systems thinking, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and business creativity. Coach Timi also employs select assessments and curriculum to help leaders develop their style and influence. In her practice she blends techniques from William Bridges Transition Management and Corporate Life Cycle Theory, Creative Problem Solving, and leadership assessments from Birkman, Myers Briggs, Strengthfinders/Gallup, Influencing Styles, Think on Your Feet, and various NLP technologies.
