William Henry Miller was a Scottish book collector and parliamentarian whose collection formed The Britwell Library, which was noted for the number, rarity and condition of its examples of early English and Scottish literature. In original paper wraps. Externally, generally smart with some edgewear. Closed tear to volume 1923. Loss, tears and joints weak to volume 1926 Law. Spotting to wraps of all volumes heavier to 1925 and 1927. Wear and browning to spines. Internally, generally firmly bound although strained in places particularly to 1927.
