Title is tipped in, apparently they were printed for many companies with the local imprints, collates: title, table of contents,9-194,(the last two pages being advertisements, marginal soiling and insect damage in blank margins of first several pages, not affecting text, pages 17-79 primarily text and illustration of the buildings at the fair and in Chicago including Wolf's and Miller's Taverns, Calumet Club, Homeopathic College; the plates have some light soiling but generally very good, the map section is on a different paper which has uniformly browned, some light soiling, several of the city maps are double paged including New York, Philadelphia, London and Paris.
