Über die Autorinnen und Autoren: John Belt is an agricultural economist with the Royal Tropical Institute in the Netherlands; he has over 15 years of experience in rural development work in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Rajeev Roy teaches entrepreneurship and marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur, in India.
