in-8, pp. (14), 396,  XII di indici, con 6 tavole incise e ripiegate fuori testo, a raffigurare la disposizione di piatti e pietanze in tavola; tavola incisa in antiporta e frontespizio entro doppia cornice. Legatura coeva in piena pelle, filetti in oro al dorso e ai piatti (cerniera debole). Quindicesima edizione di questo fortunatissimo volume di ricette, edito per per la prima volta nel 1727, che fu tra i più ristampati e apprezzati del XVIII° secolo, tanto che nel 1742 fu il primo libro di cucina stampato negli Stati Uniti.  Buon esemplare.  Bitting p. 438 (earlier editions); Maclean p. 133.
