Blue faux leather (vinyl) three ring binder stamped in gilt. 10" tall x 12" wide. On title page states: "Over 200 Historic U.S. Stamps - up to 80 years Old! Every U.S. Presidential commemorative stamps ever issued is included in this heirloom collection of Presidents Panels." Two pages per clear sleeve. Includes every president from Washington to Clinton minus Chester A. Arthur and Eisenhower. Each president has between one and five pages. Each page has between 4 and 7 mint stamps in clear stamp sleeves. Each president has one page which has either a 32 or 33 cent stamp postmarked at or very near the president's birthplace on his birthdate between 1996 and 1999. Published by the Postal Commemorative Society this set was sold through the mail by purchasing 2 more pages every month for $26. This set has 48 of the 50 possible pages so this set cost $624. The original owner evidentally missed one shipment as Chester Arthur and Eisenhower were sent together.
