A two-part collection of homilies/sermons by Philip von Hartung (1629-1682), a popular Jesuit preacher from Bohemia. Parts were published separately and, subsequently, bound into one physical volume. The first part contains homilies/sermons from the First Sunday of Advent to the seventh Sunday after Easter ("A Dominica I. Adventus, ad Dominicam Ultimam Post Pascha"); the second part contains homilies/sermons from Pentecost to Advent ("A Pentecoste ad Adventum"). There are three sermons for each Sunday and Feast day - one each for a rural, urban and courtly congregation respectively. Antiqua typesetting; title pages have a cut/vignette; other pages are decorated with headpieces, tailpieces and initials. The subtitle of the first part runs as follows: "Opus A Plurimis Desideratissimum, Et Exspectatissimum, Ac Multorum liborum Succus Atque Compendium". The half-title contains a title of both (?) parts: "Conciones Tergeminae in Dominicas & Festa totius Anni."
