Also includes 45 full-page illustrations (photographs and drawings). Pages very good - endpapers and nearby pages lightly foxed, some slight fading, top edge sunned. Hardback binding with light blue textured boards good, but very faded (unevenly, resulting from shelf or pile storage) and spine severely sunned. Some small dark stains near one corner of front cover, corners slightly rubbed. Corners of boards all slightly bent outwards. Title on spine.
