Reprint in original first edition dust wrapper. 1937 catalogue to rear. The boards and spine are straight. The front board is very slightly sprung. There are minor rubs to the edges. The gilt lettering is bright and bold. The spine is sunned, and the gilt lettering is faded. The hinges and top and bottom edges are rubbed. The front cover top hinge has frayed slightly. The rear board has rubs to the corners and edges. The front and rear inside boards, end papers and front and rear of the half title page are foxed, with some very occasional margins affected. There is a neat inscription to the front-end paper. The internal pages are browned but clean. The binding is tight.
