I prefer not to ship books outside the U.S.A, as international shipping rates are very high, often more than the cost of the book. Please inquire if you would like me to calculate the cost of postage to a particular destination outside the U.S.A., but only if you are willing to pay much more than the listed domestic rate.

I'm sorry, but I cannot ship to Germany. The bureaucratic conditions are too onerous for a small-scale seller like myself.
