Über den Autor: Heidi Paridaens is a Life Style and Beauty Coach. Her natural enthusiasm, incredible heart and infectious and inspiring spirit are balanced by her desire to see people through not only the victories, but also the roughest patches of their lives. Her mission as a teacher, trainer and workshop leader is to empower people to live extraordinary lives and realize their dreams with joy and intention. She has been serving clients since 2008. Known for her authenticity and her independence, Heidi?s broad background brings a unique perspective to her work with clients. The passion she brings is largely based on the huge difference that a particular Personal Transformation Training has made in her life while she was a client. She went from pretending to be brave and saying all the right things to being truly brave by being honest and living the life she dreamed of having. Her sense of humor, compassion and honesty is ultimately what connects her to her clients and enables her to push them to reach for their dreams. Heidi is a Coaches Training Institute (widely recognized as the most rigorous program in the industry) trained coach in communication, listening, individual and group process. Her life and work have been influenced by eastern philosophy including mindfulness meditation, and several Masters in transformational thinking. Heidi is an avid salsa and kizomba dancer, world traveler, and has a deep appreciation for the time she spends by the sea and the clarity it brings and adventure it provides. She is grateful to coaching and her clients for challenging her to continually grow and learn. Heidi is continuously inspired by their courage and dedication to personal transformation. Heidi holds a bachelor degree in both Office Management and Translation and Interpreting from the University of Ghent, Belgium. Prior to starting her coaching practice, Heidi spent over 15 years in different business environments, living and traveling around the world.
