Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Josephine Wapakabulo Thomas attended Loughborough University where she obtained a bachelor's degree in electronic and electrical engineering and master's in IT before completing her PhD in information science (2006). Since completing her PhD she has been working for Rolls-Royce (Derby, UK). She started her career in the Strategic Research Centre as a technologist in information engineering, and is currently working as a process specialist in information management and decision support. In addition to her work at Rolls-Royce, she is a director and company secretary of the Natural Computing Applications Forum.
