Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Paul Zelinka has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. He is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and has worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life in helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. He has owned Titan Fitness & Martial Arts since 2003. In 2006, Mr. Zelinka received the State College (Pennsylvania) Area Jaycees Outstanding Fitness Leader award. Paul is also the creator of the Elite Training program, as well as Titan Walk. He was inducted into the Tioga County Sports Hall of Fame for tennis in 2015. He presently has dual residency in State College, PA and Westfield, PA, is the proud father of his daughter and co-author, Sarah Zelinka, and is an adoring husband to his wife, Daphne Zelinka. Sarah Zelinka is currently studying Biomedical Engineering and Chemical Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). She is a member of the Honors College at VCU and is involved with several programs that focus on professionalism, leadership, and philanthropy. In February 2017, Sarah also became a co-founder of VCU's chapter of Phi Sigma Rho, an engineering sorority. Sarah's paper, Factors Influencing Distribution of Prosthetic Devices in Iran: An Economic Analysis, was accepted by the National Council of Undergraduate Research and Virginia Collegiate Honors Council, a rare honor for a freshman. She will present her work at the Virginia Collegiate Honors Council in April 2017 at Old Dominion University. Professionally, Sarah aspires to work in the medical industry creating prosthetics and other assistive devices. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and seeing her family.
