Bound in half calf with cloth boards. Externally, very smart indeed, with light rubbing to the extremities and spines and the odd mark to boards. Slight fading to the spines. Bookplates to the front paste down and front endpaper. Light spotting to the fore edge. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with the odd spot.
