About the Author: Jean Henry Mead began her career as a California news reporter/photographer and editor. She later freelanced as a photojournalist and won a number of state, regional and national awards. Her first book was published in 1981 and eleven books followed, including her Logan and Cafferty senior sleuth mystery/suspense series. Her magazine articles have been published domestically as well as abroad and she served as editor for In Wyoming Magazine.
