Katherine Swift has been a jewelry artist since 2001 and began incorporating resin into her designs in 2006. She purchased the existing store Resin Obsession in 2011 and expanded the business to become a resin art shop where she offers instruction and online classes. Her goal at Resin Obsession is to help other artists realize everything there is to love about the medium and likes to call her students and customers "Crafty Resinistas." She lives in Gainesville, Florida with her husband and three sons and admits to being a bit cat obsessed.
