Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Vicky Cullen, Executive Editor at WHOI, has been writing and editing Institution publications and managing other outreach efforts since 1973. She holds a B.A. from the University of Nebraska and a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. In addition to her communications work for WHOI, she has written and produced a number of publications for the National Science Foundation, Joint Oceanographic Institutions, and The Oceanography Society. Ms. Cullen is WHOI's Director of 75th Anniversary Activities.
