The Friends of the Waynesboro-Wayne County Library bookstore was established in 1993 and expanded in 2017. Books in the store are from donations to the Waynesboro-Wayne County Library, a Library of Congress, Mississippi Library Association award-winning library as well as a Mississippi Star Library. The library is the only public library in Wayne County, Mississippi, with a population of 20,373. The Library Director is Patsy C. Brewer, who has 33 1/2 years of professional experience. The Friends bookstore is the only bookstore in a public library in Mississippi.

The Friends of the Waynesboro-Wayne County Library will ship via Media Mail through the USPS to the United States. We charge shipping based on the weight and the current rates in the US for each book sold. Overseas shipments may vary, but shipping price is noted in listing. All books are well packaged with a combination of bubblewrap, packing bubbles and/or corrugated cardboard wrap. Books are usually shipped in cardboard boxes, either recycled or new. We insure most items.
