If my plan is so great why not sell it in an expensive program like the gurus do? I felt the same way one day when I pulled out an old photo to use for my book How to Think Your Way to Thin, and I was shocked at what I saw. I never want to see that on my face again.
This book is not just about weight loss as it is also about eating healthy, removing toxins from your body and feeling incredible again like your body was at sixteen all over again (without the zits of course). Healthy eating and living does not have to be a bad thing or be a miserable experience for you. If you will change the way you think about food, what is good for you and how you can add years to your life then this is going to be a cinch for you. When I had decided to lose weight and return my body to the best shape possible I knew that it no longer made sense to poison myself with certain foods.
I do not eat perfect and probably never will, but my diet is 70% cleaner than it ever has and I watch things like drinking water bottles that are plant based and not petroleum based. I grow most of my own vegetables free of pesticides. I do not eat at those fastfood places that I know use horrible cleaning methods for their meat, use nasty chicken parts that are left over and are high in fat. Supplements that I take not only come in pill form but also come in powders, foods and drops. This does cost me some money every month but I have saved money since not buying junk food and eating out all the time so I do not feel the cost.
