Carrie Latt Wiatt is the host of the nationally syndicated television series Living Better with Carrie Wiatt, and president of Diet Designs, a Los Angeles-based nutritional food business with many celebrity clients. She holds a master's degree in nutrition and food science from California State University at Northridge and has been a consultant for several food companies, hotels, and restaurants. She has appeared on the Today show, The View, CBS This Morning, CNN, and other national networks and television shows. Carrie Wiatt has been featured in People, W, Elle, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, In Style, US Magazine, Family Circle, and other national publications. The author of Eating by Design and Portion Savvy (both available from Pocket Books), she lives in Brentwood, California.
