Kadir Caner Dogan is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Gumushane University, Turkey, where he teaches public administration -related courses. Postmodern public administration, governance, new public management and ombudsman are among his interests.

Omer Ugur is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Gumushane University, Turkey. He works on The European Union, global environmental governance, and environmental law.
