Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. The cover has olive green cloth with a black title block. 192 pages; appendixes; bib.; index; plus plates of color and b/w photos, making the book 1 1/2 in. thick. The top end of the text block has gilt. The spine strip's cloth is a little faded. The front board and the gilt on the top end of the text block have a few, light scratches.
