Hardcover. Probable age 1848 The boards are worn and age darkened. The cover has the title in black with an engraved in the same design as the inside, the corners are worn and bumped. The spine has cracked away from the front cover, but is holding with cloth tabs, there is about an inch and a half of spine missing. The end papers are written for school committees, the originals owners name is written on the first free paper. There is some chipping throughout the book and pages 77-79 are torn, but holding.
