Über den Autor: Simon Tay teaches international environment law at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. He serves as an executive committee member of Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and a Director of the Singapore Environment Council, chairing its research and publications committee. He has served on expert study teams on the issue for both UN ESCAP and ASEAN, as well as being organising chairman for the Asia Conference on Trade and the Environment. Maria Seda is an Associate Fellow with SIIA, and previously a Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies.
