Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Having worked as an electrical engineer before rising to prominence serving at the corporate executive level (Vice President of Engineering & Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing) for a top Fortune 500 company, Dr. Calloway was also the architect of a corporate wide engineering leadership development program (ELDP). President of his company Leadership & Motivation Consultants LLC, a certified executive coach and currently serving on a Board of Governors for higher education, Dr. Calloway also completed the MBA at Virginia Commonwealth University and the PhD in Engineering Management at Old Dominion University where he also serves as adjunct professor.
