Hardback edition, 1805, professionally rebound into cloth boards quarter bound in dark-brown leather with gilt titles to spine. In overall very good used condition with some minor signs of age, handling and storage - boards slightly rubbed. Binding tight and appears almost unread - the title page is missing but the contents pages are bound in as an appendix to the rear; the final six pages (of 766pp) to the end of the book have been repaired to leading edge but remain a little fragile. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions - ownership signature to front endpaper; the odd spot of foxing here and there but text bright and clear throughout. Photographs available.
