Koliopoulos completed his PhD in numerical modeling evaluating optimum sustainable designs and geoinformation ICT's for risk assessment and decision making at Strathclyde University in the U.K. He has been collaborator at University of West Attica in Greece. He has worked at several research and development funded projects.
