The second edition of Lionel Robbins' study on economic science, in the original uncommon dust wrapper and previously owned by Robert Denis Collison Black. The second edition, revised and extended. In the publishers original cloth with the original, unclipped and uncommon dust wrapper.Previously owned by Robert Denis Collison Black, an Irish economic historian and Professor of Economics at Queen's University in Belfast, with his inscription to the front free endpaper. This work was written by Lionel Robbins, a British economist, and provides a study on the nature and significance of economic science, discussing Hayek's cycle theory and Jacob Viner's work on Canada's balance of payments. In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart with fading to the spine and marks to the rear board. Light offsetting to the endpapers with an ink inscription from R. D. Collison Black to the front free endpaper. The wrap is sound with sunning to the spine and extremities, loss to the head of the spine, handling marks, and edge wear. Internally generally firmly bound with slight strain in places, with very lightly age toned and clean pages. Very Good Indeed. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 922Z16
