Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Jonathan Elliott is a Senior Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology where he is involved with the preparation of the IEE Wiring Regulations: BS7671 and related guidance. He is an experienced lecturer on City & Guilds electrical courses and was an Operations Engineer with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC). Mark Coles is a Senior Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology, where he is involved with the preparation of the IEE Wiring Regulations: BS 7671 and related guidance. He served an electrical apprenticeship with the UK Atomic Energy Authority and studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering at London South Bank University. He is Secretary to JPEL/18, the UK National Committee for electrical installations on ships, Secretary to JPEL/64D, sub-committee dealing with external influences and UK expert to international committee IEC MT 9 dealing with protection against electric shock.
