A portfolio of oversized light grey vellum cloth over boards with gilt titles. Measures 18" x 14", with folding inside flaps, one is now loose, some other wear but still perfectly functional. With only a few pages of text and 46 plates. It's possible that there should be 48, though I am not certain of this. The plates themselves are attractive looking and in pretty good shape with titles tissue guards attached, some showing some creases ( the tissue guards, not the plates). Including plates by John Constable, Thomas Gainsborough, John Hoppner, Thomas Lawrence, Henry Raeburn, Joshua Reynolds and George Romney. Shelf Big 6. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers ABE-1518189073741
