Stephen Savage is a biologist, natural history author and Education Coordinator for the River Ocean Foundation. He also assists the Sea Watch Foundation's marine mammal rescue programme. Stephen has written more than 40 natural history books for children.

Peter Bull has worked as a freelance illustrator for more than twenty-five years. He creates both traditional and digital art for publishers worldwide and also runs the Peter Bull Art Studio, based in the United Kingdom
