This book covers only his boxing career but in 1932, soon after this book was written, Eagan famously won an Olympic gold medal at the 1932 Winter Olympics in the bobsleigh - he was the first athlete to win medals (let alone gold) in both Summer and Winter Olympic Games. 8vo. 300pp. Ink gift inscription, dated 1932, has been written across the title (on the title-page).
