Facial recognition investigation is unique of the hot areas both for experts and academicians currently. In this book to effort to expose the proficiency of existing facial recognition algorithms through the comparative assessment. The determination of this research work is to study several facial recognition algorithms and make comparisons in respect of their accuracy. The associated facial recognitions algorithms have been extensively exploited by industries. To proposed new algorithm fusion based learning, our proposed algorithm depending on the (K-Means clustering technique & support vector machine technique) and local Binary Pattern Histogram. The research work focusses on the process of face recognition, with pre-processing of images and face detection. The perception of correspondingly algorithm is illuminated, and the explanation is detailed consequently. Additionally, to assess the efficiency of algorithm a test case with static images was focused and evaluated. The assessments of the test cases designate that facial recognition algorithms the MATLAB has the maximum accuracy to recognize faces. Complete the findings of this study, our goal to conduct additional researches
