6 inches x 9 in., [4]pp. A printed, illustrated brochure that opens up to give the details for Willowick Country Club, and with a separate, Application for Membership, printed in blue ink on one side of a white paper sheet. The outer front cover shows small caricatures of women golfers, and a photo of men & women golfers: "Punch Bowl Hole No. 9 at Willowick Country Golf Club", the back cover shows four carictures of men golfers, and a full-length photo-portrait of Jack Way, posed with a golf club: "Professional in charge of Course at Willowick". The outer printing is in dark green and red inks on a light green paper card stock, folded to form a brochure; the inside shows six caricatures of men golfers and a caricatural heading of a man firing a cannon that says: 18 Holes 80 Members Free Dues, and another man in the line of fire, who replies: "I'll Sign". The edges show light, age-related tanning, small crimp to the upper left corner, light paper clip mark to outer back cover. A well-preserved copy of a fragile piece of historical golfing ephemera, mentioning the appearance of women golfers being welcome on a course, and a rare Cleveland (Willowick/Lake County), Ohio golf item, with its original application sheet.
