Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Susannah Cord was born in Denmark and was raised there and in Africa. Growing up with a healthy imagination fed by Hans Christian Andersen fairytales and the Chronicles of Narnia, Susannah was a book worm and a budding storyteller and writer from an early age. Fenella fluttered into Susannah s life as a bedtime story for her niece, Zoe, and would not let up till she had her own book. So, thank you-here s your book, Fenella.Ditte K. Gade has been an illustrator and animator for years, working on everything from computer games and magazines to classical animation at Cartoon Network. She was educated at the Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark. Though she works on art across all genres, she has found a special love for old-fashioned children s book illustrations. A child s book, she says, is the one place where they will always be allowed to dream.
