She is a licensed clinical social workerand is highly attuned to the emotional perseverance and resiliency required to successfully complete a dissertation.

Daniel R. Tomal, Ph.D.is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago teaching research and leadership. He has authored over twenty five books, two hundred studies and articles. He is a former vice president, teacher, and consultant.
