Spine is somewhat soiled and edges are slightly frayed. Corners are bumped, as expected. Book is generally tight although the very beginnings of a loosening may be seen around page 111. Light staining from a liquid spill is noticeable at the bottom of the first few pages. Overall, given the book's age, size and heft it's still in remarkable condition.
