20 cm leaflet attached to 24 cm green card with string attached for hanging. Illustrations of poppy on grave marker and Statue of Liberty. In long envelope that may be original, now soiled with tears. Poem is loosening from backing. Likely printed in 1917 since it doesn't mention McCrae's death in 1918.
