We offer a no quibble returns policy as long as contact is made within 14 working days after receipt of book to state your intention to return. The buyer is liable for all return postage costs and we request books are returned to us via a trackable service. A full refund including original postage costs will be made on safe receipt of the book. We will refund return postage costs if the book has been damaged in transit or if we have made an error in the listing.

All books are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed which is fully insured. International orders may attract additional shipping costs due to the weight and value of the book ordered. Where possible we like to reuse packing materials.
